This firmware upgrade package enhances syringe and peristaltic pumps with higher pressure, speed, and power. The basic X upgrade includes a linear/gradient program function (syringe pumps only), dual pump next-generation continuous pumping mode, constant flow rate gradient pumping mode, and additional programming features for complex pumping tasks, for example the standalone pumps (NE-1000 series).

Key Features:

Linear/Gradient Program Function: Allows for smooth linear increasing or decreasing gradient pumping. You can set the start and end pumping rates and the duration, with the option to pre-program multiple gradients.
Dual Pump Continuous Infusion System: Provides precise continuous flow while eliminating flow rate drop-offs and pauses commonly found with push-pull syringe pumps.
Dual Pump Constant Flow Rate Gradient Mode: Maintains a constant flow rate using two pumps. Syringe pump 1 can be set to a linear function, while syringe pump 2 automatically pumps inversely to syringe pump 1, ensuring the combined flow rates remain constant.
Enhanced Programming Capabilities:

Syringe Pumps: Increases the maximum number of programmable phases from 41 to 340.
Peristaltic Pumps: Increases the maximum number of programmable phases from 40 to 338.

Additional Information:

The dual pump modes require any combination of two pumps with X firmware upgrades and a dual pump communications cable (sold separately).
This upgrade is applicable to stand-alone syringe or peristaltic pumps.
