The MEMETIS Series 09 NC miniature valve is a compact valve for precise gas or liquid handling. It is a media-separated, normally closed 2/2-way seat valve, relying on actuation of a shape memory alloy.  With its small dimensions and the extra low internal volume of less than 4 µl, the valve is especially suitable for decentral, mobile applications, or applications with rare or expensive fluids. The valve can be mounted closely together with a pitch of only 5 mm in order to realize a complex fluid control unit on limited installation space.
