The industrial peristaltic pump ASP-J025 model features extremely high flow rate up to 28.5 Liters per min with robust AC motor and external aluminum alloy housing. A digital rotary knob is used to control pump speed from 37.5 to 350 RPM with a resolution 1 rpm. The bright LED display gives users an easy overview of motor speed and flow direction. Mechanical keypad allows users to control Start/Stop and reverse flow direction, and switch to external control. This pump is suitable for transfer high viscosity fluid and life liquid. It can be externally controlled via the communication interface and work with IPC, PLC etc.
The package comes in with the peristaltic pump J025with one DZ45 pump head, two pieces of sample silicone tubing (one meter each), one power cord and user manual. Key Features of Pump Head DZ45
- Long service life of tubing: The rollers of the planetary gears is powered by self-transmission, rolling friction with the tube. This extends the service life of the tube.
- High torque, shock resistant: Planetary gears have multiple contact surfaces. Gears therefore receive shock loads evenly across 360°. This makes the load on each gear smaller and it can therefore accept higher torque shock.
