The MEMETIS MVL-22-NC-08  Series  micro valve is a compact valve for precise gas or liquid handling. It is a media-separated, normally closed 2/2-way seat valve, relying on actuation of a shape memory alloy.  With its small dimensions and the extra low internal volume of less than 6.5 µl, the valve is especially suitable for decentral, mobile applications, or applications with rare or expensive fluids. The valve can be mounted closely together with a pitch of only 5 mm in order to realize a complex fluid control unit on limited installation space.  Model MVL-22-NC-08-14P-PEEK-SIL is a monostable miniature valve for liquids and gases (media-separated). Can be sterilized by autoclaving.
