This micro focus cell can convert spectrophotometer into a high pend drop based instrument and be used in many low volume applications with 1.9 uL capacity. The micro focus cell conversion kit can be used to transform the current spectrophotometer into a nano-sized spectrophotometer. This micro focus cell is compatible with the following instruments: Eppendorf Biophotometer Plus, Implen NanoPhotometer, BioRad SmartSpec Plus Spectrophotometer and Perkin Elmer Lambda Bio. The kit includes the following:
- A 12.5 mm x 12.5mm focus adapter
- A UV Quartz micro tray
- Spacers to adjust the micro focus adapter to the proper Z-Dimension
