CytoCube is a portable image cytometry instrument that utilizes direct fluorescent and high-resolution imaging of cells to enable comprehensive analysis of cell morphology, size, and shape. The instrument requires approximately 25 μL of the stained sample to be pipetted into the measuring chamber of the disposable polycarbonate slide. The slide is then inserted into the instrument for cell analysis. The advanced imaging system captures images in multiple focal planes, ensuring accurate detection of individual cells even in intricate samples. The analysis algorithm applied to the captured digital images determines the number of fluorescent cells and their concentration.
