The glass micro-reactor chip is used to perform chemical reactions in micro-channels. It is designed for rapid mixing thus facilitating the reaction of two or more reagents in a continuous manner. Due to the high surface-to-volume ratio, the microreactor offers numerous advantages including high reaction rates and yields, low reagent consumption, reliability, and high efficiency. This large-version microchip has overall dimensions of 80.0 mm by 45.0 mm, and features a 6-stage mixing functionality. There are two input ports and one outlet port. After mixing, the two fluid streams enter the long residence-time channel.
