The ultrasonic atomizer, also known as nebulizer, takes advantage of inverse piezoelectric effect to generate vibration under electric field. It consists of a piezoelectric ceramic disc, a metal diaphragm and a silicone cover. The micro pore/nozzle area is located in the center of the metal diaphragm.
