Industrial Peristaltic Metering Pump, Max Flow Rate 3250mL/min, IP66 Rating, G600-1L

The industrial peristaltic metering pump (G600-1L), an upgraded model from G600-1J, offers adjustable flow rates ranging from 0.15 µL/min to 3250 mL/min. It is rated IP66 and features a die-cast aluminum housing with powder coating for corrosion protection, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments like incubators. The pump speed can be controlled from 0.01 RPM to 650 RPM with a minimum resolution of 0.01 RPM, ensuring high accuracy and precision through flow rate and dispensing calibration.

An LCD display provides an overview of motor speed and flow direction and allows for control of Start/Stop functions, reverse flow direction, external control switching, and parameter setting adjustments. The pump supports eight different external control methods via an RS485 communication interface (Modbus protocol RTU mode) and can connect to a PC, PLC, or HMI. This pump drive supports up to eight pump heads.

The package includes the G600-1L drive and one pump head, two pieces of sample silicone tubing (one meter each), a 110VAC power cord, and a user manual.
