Medical grade standard flangeless fittings are used for low pressure applications (up to 0.8MPa or 116PSIG). They come with standard nuts and ferrules. Accepted tubing sizes include 1.6mm(1/16''), 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and 3.2mm(1/8''). These fittings can be finger tightened or tightened with a torque wrench.
There are two materials available: polypropylene (PP) or Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Both 1/4''-28 UNF and M6 threads options are offered for different applications. This item includes 30 pieces of the adapter. Minimum quantity of order: 5 packs
Polypropylene (PP)
- Temperature: Can be sterilized at 100°C and can be used below 62 °C
- Chemical stability: can used to acid, alkali, salt, alcohol and other organic solvents
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
- Wide operation temperature allowed: ~ 180 -250°C
- Better chemical resistance: can be used in organic solvents, corrosion or acid/alkali
- Non-toxic and electrical insulation
