The Easy-retrieve drying pressing die is specifically designed for making cylinder (square is available upon request）-shape pellets of ultra-fine powders or samples that tend to stick to the inner wall and are susceptible to delamination and cracking.  It utilizes the trapezoidal split inner sleeves with pellet ejector for quick disassembly of the mold jacket and release of the pellet samples.   Crafted from Japanese high-speed steel, the die sets have exceptional hardness, resistance to deformation, and a long service life. Diverse sizes from 3mm-80mm of the pressing die are available for making different sizes of pellet samples. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
