PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic known for its exceptional chemical resistance and mechanical strength over a wide temperature range. It is extensively used in demanding environments such as food and beverage processing, chemical processing, and biopharmaceutical industries.

Total length of the nut is about 22 mm and the threaded length is 12.1 mm. The recommended torque value for these flangeless fittings is 0.22 N.M, and they can withstand pressures up to 4.2 MPa. Available in both 1/4"-28 UNF and M6 thread options, the flangeless fitting assembly includes a standard PEEK nut, one yellow ETFE ferrule and one stainless steel locking ring. These fittings are compatible with tubing sizes (outer diameter) of 1.6 mm (1/16"), 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, and 3.2 mm (1/8"). They can be tightened by hand or with a torque wrench, making them suitable for various applications. Each package contains 100 units of PEEK fittings and ferrules.
