The glass bottle caps feature a metal insert (SS 316) with one 1/4''-28 threaded port for 1/16'' OD tubing and one 1/4''-28 threaded side port for pressure source input. The caps are made of Polypropylene and autoclavable. The GL 45 screw thread is compatible with 100 mL or 500 mL volume bottles. The side port can be connected with a manual inline valve to open and close pressure source. Pressure plus bottles (with rated pressure) or stainless pressure vessels are highly recommended but not included. Users have to identify appropriate pressure bottles or vessels.
