The industrial peristaltic metering pump V6-6L model features high flow rate up to 6 Liters per min with robust closed-loop stepper motor and an external stainless steel 304 housing. Touchscreen is used to control pump speed from 0.1 to 600 RPM with a resolution 0.01 RPM. The bright 4.3" color LCD display gives users an easy overview of motor speed and flow direction. Touch screen and mechanical keypad allows users to control Start/Stop, reverse flow direction, and get overview of dispensing tank, dispensing data and system configurations on the same screen.

This intelligent peristaltic pump has 3 working modes: fixed volume measurement, fixed time and volume measurement, timed start/stop, and features high accurate liquid transferring or dispensing. 8 different external control ways with RS232/RS485 communication interface (Modbus protocol RTU mode) and it can be connected with pc, PLC and HMI. This pump drive supports two pump heads.

The package comes in with the peristaltic pump V6-6L with one pump head, two pieces of sample silicone tubing (one meter each), 110VAC power cord and one user manual. PPS (Poyphenylene Sulfide) is black and can resist organic solvent corrosion. It is suitable for touch working conditions. The PPS material usually can resist temperatures of 200 ℃.
