GD400-1B Intelligent Dispensing Peristaltic Pump is a high-precision fluid dispensing system designed for laboratory automation, chemical dosing, bioprocessing, and industrial fluid handling applications. Featuring a 5-inch touchscreen, programmable dispensing modes, RS485 communication, and advanced flow calibration capabilities, the pump delivers accurate and repeatable fluid transfer with flow rates up to 2,000 mL/min.

For applications requiring long-term continuous operation, the GD400-1B can be paired with an optional flow meter to enable closed-loop automatic flow calibration in continuous dispensing mode. This feature continuously compensates for tubing wear and flow variations, helping maintain accurate flow delivery over extended operating periods. The flow meter kit is available separately.

Optional Closed-Loop Flow Control

The GD400-1B supports connection to an external flow meter for automatic closed-loop flow calibration during continuous dispensing operations. This intelligent control feature automatically compensates for tubing fatigue, wear, and process variations to maintain stable and accurate flow rates during extended operation.
