The heating pellet pressing die set is ideal for pressing the powders which are sensitive to temperature, such as polymer, resin and easy phase transition chemicals. This heating system with programmable digital temperature controller allows heating up to 300 °C or 500°C for your sample at a heating rate of 5-10 ℃/min. 

The heating pellet press die set is used together with the hydraulic press.  The die set size can range from 3mm to 100mm. Different shapes and sizes of the pressing die sets are available upon request.
